Vehicle selection
Once you are logged into ITOWU and select, "start service" you will be prompted to the screen for your vehicle selection. All your preloaded vehicles will be located in the garage. If a car has not been preloaded, no worries! You will also be able to, "Add new Vehicle" from the select screen. Enter the information provided so we can better assist with the job being requested for.
Request A Form Of service
Once a vehicle has been selected, select the service you would like provided. The services include, help with your battery, Tire, Tow, being locked out of your vehicle(lockout), fuel for your car, a winch to pull the car if it’s stuck and auto transport for transporting your vehicle long distances. You can select services for now or schedule for the future!
Answer a few questions
we'll keep it short! When service is provided, we will collect a small list of questions so we can better assist everyone in their time of need! Able to also give tips to the provider!
Where Are You
Once this screen is reached, select, "Pick this location" to use your current location or search destination location if you would wish the service be provided in a location that is not your own.
Accepting Payment
Once a location has been selected the total for price for that service will be displayed. Declining the job will start the process over and accepting will have us move onto the next steps! (note: if a job is canceled 5min after being booked a cancelation fee will be applied)
Completed service
Once the service is completed a picture of your car will be sent to you as assurance (if a tow was requested) allowing the user a peace of mind. A summary of the total cost will appear and You may then leave the driver a rating as well as a tip if you chose to do so.
