-Simply click on the “Start Service” button on your home screen
-choose your option of either a preregistered car from garage or add a vehicle with the add vehicle button.
-You will now be sent to the screen where you are able to select which service is needed.

-When a service is chosen, instead of selecting pick this location you will click on the tab that has the current address. From there you can manually input any location.

-If the job is cancelled within 5 minutes of selecting a service, then a cancel fee will not be applied. If the job has been accepted and goes over the 5-minute time limit, then the formula is applied to get the total amount needed to pay for the cancelation fee

If the drive 10 miles and the total cost is $100 

0 mile = 5%
1 mile = 6% 
2 mile = 7 % 
3 mile = 8% 
4 mile-= 9% 
5= 10%
6=11%
7= 12%
8=13%
9=14%
10=15%
Then we multiple that percentage by the total cost 
Of the job to get the cancelation fee 

Example total cost is $100 

Driver moves 10 miles then the user cancels  
100x15% = $15

-When a service is selected, all the questions are answered, and a location is selected you will be bought to the screen verifying the Approximate charge. 
-Select the tab with your credit/debit card to be bought to the payments page
-from the payments page you can now apply referrals and add promo codes

-As of now, no. Payment must be made with a debit or credit card added to the ITOWU application

-Simply select the 3 astricts for the drop-down menu on the upper left corner.
-Next you will select garage
-from Garage you can now see your existing vehicles, or you may press add new vehicle to register a new car into your garage
